Online Refund Policy:

Memberships purchased online are non refundable.  Cage times booked and paid for online are non refundable.  If a 24 hour notice is given to staff member about the cancellation of booked session, we will give an in store credit for amount paid.  For any other questions please contact The Launching Pad.
